At Azerbaijan Florist, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of
flowers, our refund and return policy is as follows:
Returns
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
● Wrong product delivered
● Flowers delivered in damaged or spoiled condition
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs for
verification.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment
method used.
Order Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
● After 2 hours, cancellations are not permitted as orders are processed immediately
Non-Refundable Situations
● Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
● Delivery attempted but recipient unavailable
● Slight variations in flower color or arrangement due to availability
